What the website is for
The website tells businesses about CleverRooms and lets you join the waitlist or ask for a demo. It is meant for businesses, not consumers. There is nothing to buy on it. Using CleverRooms itself is covered by a separate written agreement with each customer, which this website doesn’t replace.
What the website describes
We describe what CleverRooms does today, and say “coming” for what isn’t built yet. Product screens and examples use our demo hotel, The Wren & Quill, and invented suppliers and people. Which of your hotel’s systems can be connected is confirmed before connecting. Naming another company’s system on this site doesn’t mean that company has certified, endorsed or partnered with CleverRooms unless we say so, and the names belong to their owners.
Prices
Any prices shown are for businesses, in the currency stated, and exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. They are an indication, not an offer; the price that applies is the one in your signed order form.
Examples, estimates and Clever Ask
The interactive examples run in your browser only. They don’t change any hotel’s systems, publish anything or send a message. The ROI calculator is an estimate made from the figures you enter: it isn’t advice and it isn’t a promise of savings. Clever Ask on this website answers only from our published product guide, may be wrong, and isn’t advice.
The waitlist and demo requests
Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. It doesn’t guarantee a pilot place or a date; invitations depend on fit and on your hotel’s systems. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@cleverrooms.io. Sending a demo request doesn’t book a demo until we confirm a time with you by email.
Using the website
Please don’t send passwords, payment details or anything about your guests. Don’t send forms automatically, copy the website by automated means, try to reach information that isn’t yours, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website.
Ownership
The website, its words, pictures, design and code, and the CleverRooms name and logo, belong to CleverRooms Tech Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Please don’t copy or reuse them for anything else without asking.

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Responsibility
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and we may change or withdraw it. The website is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on it, including loss of profits, revenue, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
